Chicken Hot Pot

Debone the chicken and rub with oil. Sprinkle heavily with Chicken Seasoning Mix and leave it to marinade for 2 to 3 hours. Layer the bottom of the Hot Pot with lightly fried sliced potato, onions, marinated mushrooms, and two tablespoons of tomato puree. Pour in a glass of water. Add the marinated chicken. Cover the Hot Pot with foil. Oven bake at a medium heat for 2 hours.


Grilled Steak

Sprinkle Grill Mix on top of steak. Leave it for 2 hours in a fridge to marinate. Grill the steak on a high heat. Turn every 2 or 3 minutes until ready. Remove from the pan, place inside a glass Pyrex dish and squirt some lemon juice onto the steak and steam it. Garnish with something suitable of your choice.


Grilled Fish (for all types of fish)

Remove any bones from the fish. Sprinkle heavily with the Fish Seasoning Mix and leave it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours to marinate. Grill the fish on a very high heat, and turn over every 2 to 3 minutes until ready. Remove from the pan, place inside a glass Pyrex dish and squirt some lemon juice onto the Fish and steam it. Garnish with something suitable of your choice.


Meatballs from Minced Meat (Traditional Bulgarian Recipe)

First of all salt the minced meat and sprinkle with Meatball Seasoning Mix. Add one egg and hand mix together. For better results leave it in the fridge for about 2 hours to marinate.


Drusan Kebab

Cube the meat. Sprinkle Barbeque Mix and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Set up the barbeque or the grill and start grilling. Turn frequently. The grilled meat has to be steamed in a pot with chopped onions or leek and lemon slices. Then shake the pot (which is where this dish gets its name) and after 10 minutes of shaking. Serve with red wine.


Tarator

Finely chop cucumbers and sprinkle them with Tarator Seasoning Mix and leave it for 10 minutes to marinate. Add some water to cold yoghurt and pour it over the cucumber. Add some oil and garnish with crushed walnuts. Serve cold.


Mlechna Salad

Mix together cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Add the Mlechna Salad Seasoning Mix and stir well. Add finely chopped grilled peppers and leave it to marinate for about 2 hours. If you want to, you can add some finely chopped cucumber, ham, boiled sweet corn etc.


Bean Salad

Slowly boil large beans of your choice. 10 minutes before you take them off the heat, add the Bean Seasoning Mix. Drain and wash with running water from the tap. Fry large roughly cut chopped onions. Mix the beans and onions together and squirt lemon or vinegar.


Beans with Sausage

Boil the beans. Fry an onion, 2-3 tomatoes, and a tablespoon of flour together. Put in a pot (or a tray), add the sausage and the Bean Seasoning Mix and pre-heat the oven to a high temperature and cook for 10 minutes.


Beans with Shin of Beef

Leave the Shin of Beef and washed beans in a pressure casserole cooker. Add enough water to part cover the Shin of Beef. Cook for 40 minutes at a very high heat. Remove the bone, add the Bean Seasoning Mix and cook for another 10 minutes.


Diet Stew

Add cold water to some beans and add salt, leave to soften for 4-5 hours. Drain the beans and wash them. Add some oil and boil on a medium heat until the beans soften. 10 minutes before you take it off the hob, add the Bean Seasoning Mix. Cooked this way the beans do not irritate the stomach.
